Rates and Cancellation/No-Show Policy
1.$6.00 Toll charge will be charged on all Dallas airport rides.
Parking is an additional charge.
Rates are all inclusive and include service charge,toll charge and fuel charge.
2. Rates do not include tips-Tips are always optional.
3. Acceptance Of Terms: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted for services provided by Federal Limousine Inc. Are estimates only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations in the continental United States require at least a (4) hour notice. There is a twenty four(24) hour cancellation notice required for hourly reservations, late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the minimum applicable rate.
5. Exceptions: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that Federal Limousine is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicles. - The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that Federal Limousine. reserves the rights to assess a minimum fee of $200.00 for any necessary and/or cleaning and /or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. - Federal Limousine. shall endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its customers, but such is not guaranteed. Federal Limousine. is not liable for delays/service interruptions or damages caused by acts of God, strikes riots, authorities of law, public enemies, hazards or dangers caused by state of war, quarantine, perils of navigation, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control. Maximum Liablity will not exceed fare paid.
6. Waiting time will be charged the transfer charges with a free 15 minutes.
7. Each additional stop will be charged the transfer charges plus $2.00 a mile.
